BUSINESS CONTROLLER

We are looking for a talented Junior Controller to join our team and contribute to the development of corporate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of economic and financial processes. They will be responsible for managing budgets for cost centers and analytical accounting within the company, with the goal of monitoring production margins.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Create and develop clear and accurate financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
  2. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budgeting process for cost centers, ensuring optimal financial resource allocation through variance analysis.
  3. Cost Analysis: Develop and update product margin calculations.
  4. Coordination with Business Functions: Collaborate with various company departments to align financial objectives with business strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate business results to different management levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with preferable familiarity with business intelligence software (such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Main Workplace: Serravalle, San Marino (RSM) Availability for Travel: The candidate should be available for travel between group facilities.

Contract Offered: The level of employment and salary will be evaluated based on the candidate’s seniority.

RA SPECIALIST

In order to expand the Regulatory Affairs department team, we are looking for an RA Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and ICH guidelines.
  • Good proficiency in both written and spoken English (the interview will be conducted in English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Availability for business trips (own vehicle and driver’s license required).
  • Previous experience in the regulatory department is considered positively, preferably in companies involved in drug product manufacturing, office-based regulatory affairs (RA). Experience in preparing the quality section of regulatory dossiers, handling regulatory variations, and familiarity with packaging and pharmacovigilance.

Education: Degree in CTF or Pharmacy.

Contract: Governed by the regulations specified in the CCUGL of the Republic of San Marino.

Full-time working hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Level of position will be evaluated based on candidate’s seniority.

Main location: Valpharma Spa - Serravalle (San Marino). Frequent travel to the Valpharma International Spa company in Pennabilli (RN) is required.
